I really like Coach Laws approach to coaching this Windies team.....expect to see out performance slowly but surely heading in the right direction.....

Coach Stuart Law..
In reply to kingie
how long will he last before management has some issues with him!
In reply to kingie
bookmarked.
will revisit at end of NZ tour
In reply to VIX
I think we will rough up the Kiwis........bookmark this one too.
In reply to kingie
bookmarked!
I expect a triple whitewash! If weather allows.
In reply to kingie
Isnt it ironic that we like law N order in the region, but it's lacking! However, in cricket, we finally have it!
In reply to BeatDball... we have Law where is Order?
In reply to natty_forever
Purely by observation my friend, purely by observation...
In reply to kingie... jus checking, as I too am observing.
In reply to natty_forever Selecta Brung?!!
In reply to kingie
bump
Law is Disorder. How can you, within reason, drop your leading bowler after a successful MOS series? However if Hety plays then Luckyshoo sits. Muddies quota.
Btw, this will make Emir happy, but Sugar Shane's batting in now below Dinesh.
Go figure!!!
Yeah, allyuh talk nah!
Chase has being failing since in England he needs to start scoring runs and I remember saying no way Holder is a test number 6 or 7 and he proved he is not in this test. Dowrich needs to be drop and hope has to bat at 3 that kid is too loose for a number 3 he should be playing cricket for Guyana he is not a test batsman as yet.
In reply to timeless99
Windies Team has one too many bits and pieces players.
bump!
where kingie?
In reply to runout Ah suh it guh - windies is a region, not a country!
In reply to kingie
Yuh still like it?
In reply to BeatDball
So kingie gaan a region then?
In reply to Chrissy
Yep I still like this team,a little patience is required I think they will come good.
In reply to kingie... little?
This is 3 series later. How many more?
Mark you I too feel we need patience, however, the fielding is so atrocious, I have to wonder.
In reply to kingie
Performance continues to head in the predictable direction!
I dunno how anyone could have realistically expected better performances
Triple whitewash still on
In reply to VIX
Coach doesnt win or lose games..the players keep letting him down....
In reply to kingie... oh yeah? Then what he there for?
I see a pattern where players come in for their first series looks good, then under Law fades away.
In reply to natty_forever
Name those players nuh man
In reply to kingie do not be surprised if w.i fail to qualify for the 2019 world cup
In reply to Walco... one example Blacks.
In reply to nat... if we play Bishoo we will.
In reply to natty_forever
I dont think Bishoo is part of the white ball posse..
how the approach working? Moving in the right direction yet?
Nothing unpredictable so far. One-sided and humiliating as expected.
Anyone care to venture an opinion on termination of Law and Order?
In reply to jacksparrow
I still think that Law is a good coach, the players have to step up to the plate...
Unprecedented triple whitewash impending.
How Law can we go?
Saved by rain
In reply to kingie
Please let us know what law has done to make to make you believe that he is a good coach? what makes a coach good or bad?
In reply to jacksparrow Izzzz a bad start fuh d man...all bad starts have good ending!
In reply to kingie
I didnt expect to get so much mileage out of this post...I still have faith in coach Law....he needs some time.
In reply to kingie
well you did say to bookmark it!
In reply to grugru... I too trying to figure out how he came to this conclusion.
In reply to VIX
I still think that Law is a good coach, problem is he doesnt have much to work with.....
In reply to kingie
Seriously, how you know that, from the performance of this team? or is a gut feeling. Where has he coached before and the successes he has had?
In reply to kingie
How is Law any better than the previous coaches? They all had to work with the same crappy pool of players.
Even the better WI teams struggled in NZ, what made you think this worst ever team could be even competitive?
Anyways. Once again the WI escaped from an unprecedented tour whitewash - thanks to the weather. Soon come though.
In reply to natty_forever
he has no information to back up his beliefs so is pure nonsense-
In reply to grugru... utter rubbish!
In reply to natty_forever
We keep firing the coach and nothing changes, how many coaches have we fired in the last 10 years?..that tells me that maybe the problem is that we dont have enough talented players to build a competitive team..agree of disagree?
In reply to kingie
In reply to kingie
We keep firing the coach and nothing changes, how many coaches have we fired in the last 10 years?
How many players have been fired in the last 10 years?
Disagree
We do compete at the U19 level...we recently won the WC
We are not properly developing the talent
In reply to Narper
We have a bunch of talented players unable to make the transition to international level cricket..would firing the coach solve the problem? It hasnt in the past...Law has only been on the job a few months at least give him so time.......do you seriously think that firing coach Law at this time would change anything?......seriously.
In reply to kingie
That's the point...if nothing would be changed...then why retain him for big big bucks
WE DO NOT NEED A RASS COACH AT THIS POINT IN TIME
IN fact half de team managemnt staff should be sent packing and not replaced
In reply to Narper
Problem is Narps that the gap between U19 and international level is as wide as the Grand Canyon..our talented players have trouble making the transition..once they are able to do that we cam be competitive..I mean players like Shai Hope and Hetty have enormous talent just a matter of time before they come good.
I remember before the team was selected Lawse say that he satisfied with the team and does not need new players
For that alone he should be sent packing
Justice for phill
In reply to kingie
In reply to pariaman... agree!
... still waiting on evidence that Law can coach.
In reply to Narper
Who ever you get to coach the team you gotta pay the same big bucks....whatever is the going rate...that argument doesnt stand up.
In reply to natty_forever
What eveidence..results?......the last four ot more coaches failed miserably as well...so we will continue to fire every coach unless the team starts to produce..overnight........great solution!
