Women want equal pay with men yet they retire earlier. Is that fair? Considering as well they do live longer than us!

It's not a matter of fairness, if they want to retire early, that is their right. I would retire early if I could.

Everyone should be judged on an individual basis but at the same time, companies take that into consideration. It's not fair but life itself is not fair.
