I saw a few videos online, based on looks alone, I think Miss France should've won.
Not much of a bumper, but I don't see many kicking her out of bed. I'd say very underwhelming for a Miss whatever...
I'm in Addis and I could look around right now and see about 10 better looking...

That is why I always prefer Wendy to Penny...Wendy is a natural beauty and wasn't the right 'tone".
Notwithstanding, i don't need a panel of judges to tell me what a beautiful woman should look like.
