I like the Porsche Cayenne Turbo

SUV and Sportscar together.

birdseye 2008-05-09 09:24:28

In reply to Raskil My sister has Porsche Cayenne, she loves it. I think a Porsche SUV is blasphemy and should never have been built. A Porsche sport car is a special breed of car that should never have been bastardized into an SUV.

give me the Porsche All-wheel drive, Rear engine, 3.6 l, 6 cylinders, Torque 273 lb.-ft. @ 4,250 rpm, 325 hp @ 6,800 rpm
0-60 mph: 5.1 sec
Top Track Speed: 174 mph
$ 89,700.00

Of the cars I can afford – I think BMW is one of the best car out there – it is really the ultimate driving machine – don’t like the big ones, give me the 328, 335 or the M5 or M3
wink

I dont know if u ever visited the Bugatti website and checked out that car...

Has something like a top speed of 250mph there abouts but when u get up there it burns gas at 2gpm (or something crazy like that)... but i am sure if you are rich enuff to buy the car and crazy enuff to drive it @ 250 u can aford to pay for the gas..

Sweet car though... i agree with your choices

Range + a 2mil car which i wont afford!

Of course i always drive close to 200mph on a daily!! lol lol

The Bimmers of late have lost touch with their great German engineering standards. While Audi has come a far way the BMW has regressed.

I looked at the X5 but the Cayenne has got it beaten in all aspects.

For a car the Audi A8 but I am an SUV fella so the Cayenne wins!

DukeStreet 2008-05-09 09:46:30

In reply to matchstick

That's right. The 250 mph is what got me ticking. I remember a Corvette Callaway from years gone by that was capable of 220 mph, I believe. I love the fast cars.

Check out the Corvette Callaway Sledgehammer - top speed 254 mph

I still love the Bimmers. You see the 2009 750 series yet? Hot damn! I agree, however, the Audi has stepped up the pace. I love their SUV crossover vehicle, the Q7.

Raskil 2008-05-09 09:51:44

The A8

matchstick 2008-05-09 09:52:20

Haha.. i was still into getting a fast bicycle back in those days!!

Looks good tho.. the specs says it gets up to 254mph... and u cant go wrong with a car nicknamed the "sledgehammer"

Larr Pullo 2008-05-09 11:07:16

This was my favorite car. I used to have one back in GT, an uncle had given it to me to drive. I haven't had as much fun driving any other car......I wish I had kept it and restored it.....

Larr Pullo 2008-05-09 11:07:52

In reply to Arawak

Why carry around a tent when you could just as well check in at a Marriott?

Arawak 2008-05-09 11:12:48

In reply to Larr Pullo

Last time I checked I couldn't take the kids fishing 20 steps from the Marriott, or sit around a fire with marshmallows, or look at the stars, or do any of the stuff we do as a family when we go camping.
