Clive Lloyd has denied that he ever discussed the feasibility of a managing director for the West Indies team in an interview with Stabroek News.
* I’ve known Orin Davidson (the Stabroek News writer in question) since the late 1980s and I can vouch for the quality of his work. Something here isn’t adding up and I’m tempted to say Lloyd is backtracking.
