The scheduling is now in accordance with what WICB was always saying.

WICB had loss an arbitration when Judge Jairam ruled against the Board and awarded a huge amount. WICB had appealed the judgement. I have learnt (and made public here) that WICB did win the appeal and I never heard that in the media.

Newdread is a waste. All Oledread says on these matters is "De Courtesy is not entirely correct" without providing a scintilla of evidence to the contrary.
