Of course. It shows that I know when to move on. That the lesson has been learnt. That the region hates when big stagers try to Lord over them for every error when mistakes are made on the big stage too, some wide far more wide ranging effect. That they recognize their misjudgment and in their own way the problem has been taken care of.
That no matter what the big stagers say life goes on

Contrary to your assertion that "the lesson was learnt" there is absolutely no evidence of that. The BCA statement strongly asserts that they acted with due diligence and were impeccable in all they did. If they did everything correctly then what is there to learn?
In any event you are smart enough to know that so I am not really talking to you!!!!
The long list of unanswered and indeed obvious questions raised have already been acknowledged by you, yet you inexplicably( not really) say the matter is over.
My last post on this matter but it has provided me with clear insight into your modus operandi.

"mutual separation" what would it take to fire the guy?
POINT

In reply to camos
They had to couch his dismissal in that sort of diplomatic language . You must understand that to fire him would be admitting that they were incompetent ; by failing to exercise DUE DILIGENCE regarding hiring him .
Perhaps they can seek solace in the fact that the failure to exercise due diligence is rampant in the Region ; and is very visible in Cricket in this Region .
Sometime ago a Regional Cricket Association had its Elections , and persons were elected to various Offices , despite not being in good financial standing . This happened because that Association failed to exercise due diligence .

I am awaiting some feedback from my critics .
But apparently it seems that they have writers cramp .
I am aware of the fact that People from a
certain Country in the Region aint go to say a word ; regarding what I have stated .

Its one big joke. A fraudster with a clean track record according to documents provided by him. One of his charges was falsifying document. Plus he fraudulently obtain leave to attend an urgent medical matter in the Florida court.
.... And get a seperation package. Should be made to payback the BCA every cent he received.

This " Mutual Separation " language reminds me of an incident during the Vietnam War when a
Vietcong fighter was shot to death , and the CIA Officer stated in his report that
" THE MEETING WAS TERMINATED
WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE ".
The English language is really wonderful it
allows people to use a variety of words to
make what is ugly look nice .
My take is that a member of the Legal Profession crafted the BCA's letter regarding the " Mutual Separation " phrase .

Mutual separation packages are not unheard of with respect to such employment issues. First off no one knows what is involved and no one knows the details of the man's employment.
Take for instance the Subprime mortgage crisis that plunge the U.S. in recession and bankrupted a lot of Wall Street Banks. Some of the CEOs who participated in that scheme were paid out with bail out money.

the separation is not mutual when the employee does not have the option of staying.

After I said that no one knows the details of the man's employment and gave an example where CEOs were responsible for the failure of their firms but still got paid out, that comment baffles me. More than two lines and you may make sense

dude you are not making any sense, according to BCA release the guy lied in representing his background, that is reason for instant termination. How can you turn around and negotiate an exit package with a person who fraudulently obtained a job. Your reference to Wall Street banks was not factual, one bank failed and all CEO that were receiving TARP money reduced their pay package during that time.

Now I understand what you are trying to say.
However we still don't know the details of his employment contract. Whilst it may seem obvious that lying on an application should amount to dismissal, employment contracts can be a tricky area of law- it all depends on the details therein and the employment laws in the country. Bim being an island run by trade unions the employment law would be biased toward the employee.
Mutual separation packages by their very nature are reductions to base salaries and sometimes perks, or a reduced payout for the remaining contractual period that are either written into employment contracts in the event of separation or agreed upon when the time comes.

was Stanford a fraud, did the WI excise due diligence in their partnership with him.
who is the person that fill this MB with how great Stanford was:
Job mis- representation occurs on a regular basis in the USA, this is not the first nor will it be ,the last time that an organization failed to conduct due diligence. Big companies engage an integrity monitor and still it occurs.
many here know that fraud occurs every where, but will gloat that it is the 'BCA'.
many failed to acknowledge that a crime was committed against the BCA.
I hope the BCA learn from this experience and provide training for their personnel to improve and strengthened the organization.

Questions, questions.
If the BCA did perform the required due diligence, then wouldn't they have found this and would it not have disqualified him ? BTW - their statement that their search found no arrest warrant outstanding is not enough; they needed to check court case records as not everything before the courts result in an arrest warrant. But their statement in the press did not say that they did not find an active case against him !!!
If they did not complete the above fully, then they have been naive and negligent.
If he did not have a conviction when interviewed, why was it not revealed when it occurred ?

Good questions, t I don't have the answers.
but I do know that you have to hire a good integrity monitor who has the experience to do a complete investigation.
bye the way, when I asked you about Jeff, I was unaware that he was appointed CEO of BCA.
I will PM you later
