Dambulla, Sri Lanka - Rain continued to interrupt the ongoing West Indies A tour of Sri Lanka as the second "One Day International" in Dambulla was washed out, even after being revised.
Initially, the match was reduced to a 38-over affair, in which the Windies A were bowled out for 193 runs just one over shy of the allotment. Just 13 balls into Sri Lanka's A chase, the rain returned and never stopped. The hosts were 8/1.
Opener, Kraigg Brathwaite, led the West Indies A's charge at the top of the order, hitting 63 runs from 87 balls. His knock included four boundaries. Jonathan Carter and captain Carlos Brathwaite also struck 39 runs each.
