BASSETERRE, St Kitts, CMC – Leg-spinner Imran Tahir’s record seven-wicket haul and Hashim Amla’s 23rd One-Day International hundred, were the highlights as South Africa beat West Indies by 139 runs in Match 6 of the Ballr Cup Tri Nation ODI Series on Wednesday night.

In a lopsided affair at Warner Park, South Africa rattled up 343 for four off their 50 overs, with Amla stroking a superb 110 off 99 deliveries and Faf du Plessis, with 73 not out, and Quinton de Kock, 71, hammering contrasting half-centuries.

Slow medium bowler Kieron Pollard was the most successful bowler with two for 64.

In reply, West Indies were bundled out for 204 off 38 overs with Johnson Charles smashing a top score of 49 from 41 balls, in a 69-run first wicket stand with Andre Fletcher who made 21.

However, once they were separated, Imran Tahir wrecked the innings with seven for 45 – the best figures by a South African in ODIs and the ninth best in the history of one-day cricket.

No surprises, just got to enjoy when they pull of a win.I hope those who support having so many swashbuckling swipers in the team don't complain.Attack is the best defense they say, to hell with technique and constructing an innings.
Anyway my question for the hexperts: what are the scenarios for us to be in the finals?

Imran Tahir probably used to read this website and took note of how many people hated him,I recall many posts not very nice about him on caribbeancricket.
