Former West Indies captain, Sir Vivian Richards believes players are being affected by some administrative decisions that have resulted in the team’s poor performances against Pakistan in the United Arabs Emirates (UAE).

Speaking on the Good Morning Jojo Sports Show on Wednesday from the UAE, Sir Viv dubbed the situation “sad”.

“Everyone seems to be of the belief that the administration in some way has become totally dictatorial, and is not a process that I believe some of the individuals feel totally comfortable playing under. I don’t know whether this can go on for much longer, but it was just sad, to a degree, to see some of the guys who were not quite in it,” he said.

Certain elements are missing from the test team, that's why the team is playing differently.

Viv's criteria is "the matches went into day 5.

What type of measure is that? The team failed to pass the follow each time and one could argue that if the follow on was enforced the matches could have ended earlier.

absolutely correct . Let me point out
that this is not the first time that
those in the WICBC has done things that are counter productive to the
mental frame of mind of our Players
prior to them going into the International Cricket Arena .

It is I have absolutely no doubt that
this will happen again & again .Because those in the Worst International Board in the Commonwealth , aka the WICBC have the Support of their Sycophants in the Media .

Tony Becca is one of staunches supporters of all the actions of the
WICBC . This is not the first time that the WICBC has engaged in doing things that has the effect of demoralizing our Players at the start
of Our Players playing International
Cricket .

I have absolutely no doubt that this
is going to be a continuous modus
operandi of those in the WICBC . As I
have stated very often in this Forum , those in the governance of Cricket in the Region have the full support of the International Cricket Cabal ,
aka the ICC .

What is truly sad is that the ICC &
the WICBC , do not give a Damn , about
Good Governance , their only interest
is Self Preservation , never ever good
Governance .

Frankly the fact that the ICC allowed
3 of its Members to hijack most of its
profits demands a total investigation
of the ICC , with a laser like focus
on the fact that it bluntly refuses to
demand that its Members exercise Good
Governance .
