This has been one of his better seasons (if not the best) with the bat

So far he has the most runs this season with 2 centuries:
1. Cariah 691
2. K Hope 649
3. S Chanderpaul 622
4. Hamilton 611
5. Devon Smith 610
6. Ambris 608
7. Alleyne 565
8. Blackwood 534
9. Hetmyer 496
10.Campbell 485

If he is to come into the team then he is fighting for either Blackwood's or Chase's spot. Because Chase is in a stronger team, he is getting to bat less in the 2nd innings than Blackwood and Cariah. So I think Chase's position is safer.

Cariah need to similarly perform for AT LEAST another season before being considered for West Indies IMO.
