Sanga had a better CPL season than Ramdin.

You serious?

His keeping was atrocious- those 6 catches, 3 mis stumping and byes.
It was widely agreed that his glove-work was the worst in the tournament. He could play as a batter purely on merit

y the ramdin hype?

While Ramdin did well for the TKR, and his keeping was good, in T20 cricket a keeper has to score runs, and both Sanga and Walton scored most runs. They could share the keeping between them in this fantasy team.

McCarthy did well, but I think Dwayne Smith and Colin Munro did better, and deserved a pick to this team. I also think Emrit did better than Kesrick Williams. IMHO it was a toss-up between the two Khans, Shadab and Rashid.

Clearly not a team selected based on individual performance.

Or maybe they are just look at the wrong stats. Keswick Williams particularly got exposed this year. Beaton or Soldierman deserve to be recognised ahead of him.

In reply to mikesiva... why, to see who drops more catches. Walton makes the team purely as a batsman, can Sanga do the same? And I thought wicket-keeping should be considered when selecting a wk-keeper batsman. How stupid of me!

In reply to Logic... Soldier man also played on the finalist to boot. A case can be made.
