I think Trump really thinks that Barr is there to do his bidding. Trump attempting to use the JD to punish or investigate his political opponents. He wants to investigate the FBI over the Mueller case. Isay go for it as there will be more legal jeopardy there for Trump. Trump ordering FBI and JD to investigate Jussie Beatuphimself Smollett. Not sure why that case would be on the radar of a president but... This is Trump.
Seems since Barr has shielded him over the Obstruction of Justice case now he figure he has the JD all to himself and it seems Barr have not said no to him yet so lets see how this unfolds.
