Window's 10 vs Chrome , Opera etc

Since my last download from Microsoft, having problems.

Loading pages I get this awaiting cache.

If I delete and clean my cache, it will work fine for a day
then the same thing returns.

Having such problems over the last week?

Anyone got a solution?

I have now resorted back to my Windows 7
