AT 1Corinthians 15:33 it says.."Bad Associations spoil useful habits".
I have known this but kept reasoning that I can keep myself free of the bad habits of others while being a beacon of truth.
I endeavored to not draw close to anyone but hold poeople's feet to the fire of truth.
Today I received some counsel that has cleaared my thinking.
2 Timothy 2;16 says... "But reject empty speeches that violate what is holy, for they will lead to more and more ungodliness".
Also, Psalms 119:63 says... "I am a friend of all who fear you And of those who keep your orders."
While I enjoy and try to help others to get to know God. This is not the way.
Therefor. This is my last post on the board.

All the best to you and yours.
Bye guys.

To me, bravery is to stand up for what you believe in.
NO need to leave
One must fight for what they believe in.

Yes stay and share your thoughts.

No bro. I value your opinion on most things here even though you can be a prick.
It must be so disappointing not to get any converts.
Oh, you Heathens to the Word.
In reply to Ayenmol
You wouldn't stop witnessing because of differences of opinion with others, would you?
This forum helps to hone one's debating skills, despite our human tendency to be humbled by our own errors at times. We all need to be challenged from time to time, to "stay sharp".
This forum could be particularly challenging at times, which is exactly why it should be valuable - especially to those with a valuable message. Paul did not quit.

Knock it off, guys. Intelligence needs healthy debate, to improve itself.
Adios Molly. I have found you a crazy but enjoyable poster. You will be missed.

As much as I get heated at times, I hold ill will towards none. Will drink a beer with any of the fellas, with one eye open though. Many idiots on here also.

Brother Ayenmol: When you were tested, you cracked, packed up and left. What does this say of your faith/fortitude? Shallow and thin skinned???
Get your ass back posting and don't let others influence your objective/agenda.
You have a contribution to make. Have a blessed day Brother Ayenmol
Sidenote: Posters that announce their farewell are just shy of full diva status. Borders on skuntish behavior really.
Fellas, check out his last couple of posts on the football fantasy thread.
Hope that's not the reason he's quit this place altogether!

Here is some food for thought Ayenmol:
"A good man can be destroyed by the association with men of evil character. A wise man can learn from them - The Great Pearl of Wisdom.
I, for one, wish you would reconsider this self-imposed exile.
These guys need less talk, and more divine inspiration from you.

I bear no ill will towards the man. You could say, I am neutral.
I never engaged him in personal responses, as is my wont, even when he chose to take some jabs at me.
The man has ever right to take leave of this MB, and if he returns, I am sure he would expect the same tussles as before.
There are many strong personality types on this MB, where Ayenmol and others here fit on this Enneagram, is open for reflection.

Its more than personality-He is saying correctly some of you are purposely mischievous and deceitful- children of . . . . I'll be a nice . . . a different "god"
He will be snooping annonymously though..

Man hold strong to your faith if that is what you get inspiration from.
Dont make a message board dishearten you.
Many have similar views like yours and many dont - its part of life and living. You give some and you take some.
This message board is of all kinds of views - you engage or you dont. Quitting does not help .
For a while now Ive been off for days even weeks. Then I find time to pop in. Chat, cuss, reminisce and then gone again. Ive learned much about human interaction on here.
Dont whimp out man, take a break if needed, but dont disappear forever.
Listen to some of the other wiser counsel given.
I tell you boy. You post the truth and people gone wild with imagination.
I am not calling anyone anything. I simply decided based on the scriptures to step away.
No one made me leave. If i thought it was beneficial to remain i would.
Witnesses do not witness on Internet forums.
I came here because i liked being connected to the thoughts and guys from my Region of birth and growth.
But am a man of principle. It is hard for me to sit back and see people act the fool unchallenged...and it ends up becoming an issue because people do not understand where am coming from and it proves a negative more than anything.
And it is not my duty to force anyone to understand. But i do not want to bring ridicule on my faith due to the inability to have fair discussions....
If you have a clean cloth and a dirty cloth, and rub them together, will the clean one make the dirty cloth clean? Or vice versa.
Not that am calling anyone anything...but i need to focus my time and resources to those who serve the true God, and those interested in doing so.
That is all. Am not running from anyone. It is hard to go...but my conscience requires i do.
That's all.

Are you worried the views on here might lead you to question your faith?
You see, I can do anything I want, I don't have to worry about the big fella looking over my shoulders. When I die just drop me 6ft under, I could not be bothered by the heaven BS.
The bad thing about this is that you are delusional and don't know it.
