Think of the job specifications that are required by the coach to take West Indies to the next level; then think of the strategic imperatives from the organisation's side of things.
CWI will be foolish to think that a coach can take West Indies cricket to the next level. It requireds a well thought of and resourced startegic plan.
The organisation must prepare a strat plan which will include elements of coaching at all levels only then can a person specification can be developed for Head Coach.
The coach must be part of a much larger picture.
