Rebound?

As our peeps stop migrating, and even start returning home, and with mental fuel to excel, will cricket be a beneficiary?

If you are talking about FanAttic, runs, Ray etc returning I have yet to see what "mental fuel" they have. They like handouts, so the answer is they wouldn't be beneficial to anyone - better keep those Tokens in a detention center abroad.

Plus our proudest cricketing moments were when we defeated colonial rulers.

Can this spur us on? Colonial Rulers and today's 'Conservatives ' are one and the same, ent?

I agree. Although the victories against Australia were my favorite. West Indian cricketers have not received the level of concentrated nastiness from anyone like the nastiness they got from Aussie fans and players. Now granted Aussie fans loved the West Indies but beating us became a national obsession and they and England were the primary movers behind for example prosecuting slow over rates and limiting bouncers
