You have done well for the most part during your tenure however your response to the Guyanese ball tampering is disappointing. CWI leadership must never condone or accommodate wrongdoing and what was needed was a stern approach by withholding the championship pending an official inquiry into the matter. Your response was a total 180 by congratulating Guyana and accepting their wrongdoing. I guarantee you that this behavior was not a one-off act and more a culture of behavior among the Guyanes Harpy eagles.
Same thing with that farcical end to the Regional Super50, your response was weak. Get it together Shallow!
