Group D is a tough one.

Top 2 teams from each group progress to Super Eights

India, Pakistan, Australia, Sri Lanka, England, West Indies, South Africa and one of NewZealand or Afghanistan will be favoured to advance to the Super Eights from their respective groups.

England,West Indies, Bangladesh.....add Nepal, toughest group..... it's toss up between West Indies, Bangladesh....

Group C is the toughest group. West Indies need to win at least 3 matches to even stand a chance of progressing, as Bangladesh are likely to win at least 2. Also, destroying Italy will be key to improving NRR if it comes down to that. Bangladesh and Nepal could easily be the banana peels of the group.
