i have issues when former players make statements like this
As much as ppl on this board or the general fan base of cricket world wide would believe, playing the game 25 years ago doesnt mean you have entitlement to be involved.
The reality could be that admins and managers hear what these players have to offer and notice that they dont know anything about the modern game (btw walsh was the womens coach for 2 years) and would not be a good fit.
btw, essentially the entire staff is by former cricketers that have played a version of the modern game
