Wonderful, gritty knock!
Just recently, there was an article on Cricinfo about "Where have all the grafters gone".
We have become so accustomed with scoring rates over 4 an over with the modern game, due to batsmen friendly wickets.
Soon as the batsmen get tricky wickets they capitulate!
That's why Steve Waugh is considered one of the all time grets.....he can score on any wicket with pure application and grit! Which by the way is a great sign of discipline!

The man said it was a docile track.That means Flat Track..I could make runs on that pitch. And I am no batsman.

Good knock by Darren so far ...hope he continues.

The pitch for this teas is real bad...ball keeping low, not comming on for stroke making etc.
