India in the Caribbean 2002, Draft Itinerary

The arrival date of the tourists is not confirmed. This itinerary for all the opening warm-up matches, dates and venues are to be confirmed to the WICB by the BCCI.

The following is not to be taken as Gospel, but most certainly the first two Tests are confirmed. When we are dealing with the WICB & BCCI, the later especially, things can change at short notice.

What mouth watering prospects are held in store for us. Brian Lara & Sachin Tendulkar, Carl Hooper & Saurav Ganguly, Ramnaresh Sarwan & V S Laxman, Shivnarine Chanderpaul & Rahul Dravid.

Then we have the spin twins, Kumble & Harbajan Singh up against Ramnarine & company.

For the fans travelling from England, let's get some numbers to work with. Maybe we can negotiate with the Airlines for lower airfares.

19th to 23rd Apr: Second Test- Trinidad

27th/28th Apr: Versus Academy XI - Barbados

2nd to 6th-May: Third Test - Barbados

9th May: Fourth Test - Antigua

22nd May: Fifth Test - Jamaica

25th May: 1st One Day - Jamaica

26th May: 2nd One Day - Jamaica

29th May: 3rd One Day - Barbados

1st Jun: 4th One Day - Trinidad

2nd Jun: 5th One Day - Trinidad

8th Jun: 6th One Day - St Lucia (Apparently cancelled)

9th Jun: 7th One Day - St Lucia (Apparently cancelled)
