WICB Names 'B' Team for Busta Cup

The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) on Monday announced its 'B' team for the Busta Cup competition, naming mostly uncapped youths in the squad.

The team, to be captained by former West Indies middle order batsman Roland Holder, includes names like Patrick Browne, Callitos Lopez, Chaka Hodge and Krishna Arjune.

The team is as follows:

Roland Holder (captain), Patrick Brown, Anderson Sealy, Callitos Lopez, Antonio Mayers, Elsroy Powell, Shane Jeffers, Chaka Hodge, Carlton Baugh Jnr., Krishna Arjune, Satish Naidoo, Camilus Alexander and Kenroy Martin.

Kevin Bazil, Damodar Dasrat and Amit Jaggernauth are the reserves. Alfred Bynoe of St. Vincent is the manager and Hayden Walsh of Antigua is the coach.

The team will travel to St. Kitts tomorrow (Tuesday, January 22nd).

The WICB said members of the Under 19 team now in New Zealand will be eligible for selection on their return for other matches in The Busta Cricket Series.
