USACA Fires Two Executives

In an unprecedented move by the United States of America Cricket Association (USACA), the Directors at a meeting in Los Angeles have fired the First Vice President, Lesly Lowe, and Second Vice President, Lloyd Ramberansingh, for the lack of involvement in fulfilling their duties as Executives of USACA.

According to USCricket.com, the two Executives were given the opportunity to resign from their respective positions before the final decision was made.

Lowe, who is president of the Commonwealth Cricket League, has been a longstanding administrator of cricket in the USA and his firing comes as a major surprise.

He has been a staunch supporter of the current executive body and onlookers suggest his firing is a sign of instability among the USACA leadership.

"The decision to fire the Executives comes at a time when US Cricket is in dire need of leadership and direction at the Executive Committee level," the USCricket.com site said.
