Documents From the Fast Bowling Camp
West Indies fast bowlers who participated in the recent training camp in Antigua have been put on a strict six-week weight training program that includes daily aerobic runs, push-ups, sit-ups and swimming exercises.
According to documents obtained by CaribbeanCricket.com, coach Evans 'Jawakie' Jones has mapped a strict training program aimed at building endurance and muscle strength ahead of next year's regional cricket tournament.

The documents obtained also included results of a fitness test conducted on all the participants in the Antigua pace bowling camp. The bowlers were all measured and weighed and tested on 20-yard sprints, 400-metre runs, aerobic runs, sit-ups and push-ups.

Participants included Reon King, Adam Sanford, Fernix Thomas, Fidel Edwards, Kerry Jeremy, Ricky Christopher, Ryan Nurse and Tino Best.
