Ganga Slams 89; Stuart Williams Shines
Guyana v TrinidadDaren Ganga fell 11 runs short of a century as Trinidad and Tobago put up 303 against Guyana on the opening day of their first round Carib Beer Cup match at Guaracara Park.
Captain Ganga struck eight fours and two sixes in his solid 89 while Imran Jan also got a half century before Trinidad and Tobago were bowled out for 303 at stumps.
Former West Indies pacer Colin Stuart, who bowled a whopping 20 no-balls, bagged four for 94 off 19.2 overs and King snared three for 72 off 21. McGarrell (1-46) and Dowlin (1-17) were the other wicket-takers.

Leeward Islands captain Stuart Williams hit an attractive half
century to revive the Leeward Islands against Jamaica on a
rain-affected opening day at the Ronald Webster Park on Friday.
Williams, batting in the unusual position at number five, struck 71 off 91 balls with 12 boundaries to help steer the Leeward Islands to 235 for five after they were sent to bat. Play started at 11.15 a.m. because of wet spots on the bowlers' run-up.
Ryan Cunningham was the pick of the bowlers for Jamaica, finished with three for 46. David Bernard picked up two for 62.
