Windwards, T&T Score Upset Wins
Former West Indies wicket-keeper Junior Murray smashed an unbeaten 71 to lead the Windward Islands to a seven-wicket upset win over Jamaica in the opening match of the unsponsored regional one-day competition at Bourda.
Murray's 75-ball knock included seven 4s and two 6s and was the catalyst for the Windwards breezing past Jamaica's 139 all out from 36.5 overs. Craig Emmanuel chipped in with 43.
Under a new bonus points system being implemented this year, the Windwards collected four points for the win.
FINAL SCORE: Jamaica 139 all out off 36.5 overs (Marlon Samuels 55, Carlton Baugh 28; Rawl Lewis 4-13, Kenroy Peters 3-24). Windward Islands 141 for three (Junior Murray 71, Craig Emmanuel 43).

Trinidad & Tobago shrugged off a rash of injuries to beat favourites Barbados by three wickets at Enmore.
The hero for Trinidad & TObago was all-rounder Imran Jan who took 4-46 to limit Barbados to 209 for eight and returned with the bat to score a valuable 49.
FINAL SCORE: Barbados 209 for eight off 50 overs (Martin Nurse 53, Sherwin Campbell 53, Imran Jan 4-46). Trinidad & Tobago 210 for seven off 41.5 overs (Sherwin Ganga 53, Imran Jan 49, Daren Ganga 46; Ryan Hurley 4-40).
