Barbados maintained their unbeaten streak in the Cricket West Indies Regional Women's Twenty20 championship, after beating Guyana by 27 runs in the second game of a triple-header at Sabina Park.

Barbados opener Hayley Matthews starred the fourth-round game with a 36-ball 61 in her team's challenging 134-6 from their allotted 20 overs.

In reply, Guyana were hardly ever in the hunt as they reached 107-3. Akazee Thompson top-scored with an unbeaten 47, while Shabika Gajnabi hit 31 not out to help the Guyanese recover from 32-3.

Scores: Barbados 134-6 (20 overs); Guyana 107-3 (20 overs).

Barbados have four consecutive wins while Guyana were losing their third of the tournament.
