Windies Women captain Stafanie Taylor will stay at Western Storm for the 2018 season of England's Super League, the club confirmed on Monday (June 18).
Taylor becomes the club's third overseas signing for the third edition of the T20 competition after they've already announced New Zealand wicketkeeper-batsman Rachel Priest and Indian T20I vice-captain Smriti Mandhana earlier in the month.
The 27-year-old was the tournament's leading run-getter as well as leading wicket-taker in the inaugural edition, in 2016, and then played a pivotal role in Storm lifting the trophy last edition.
"What we achieved last year was very special and there was never really any doubt that I would come back to the Storm," Taylor was quoted as saying by the club's website. "We had a great group and I'm sure it will be the same this season. The supporters have been great over the last two years and hopefully, we can win again for them."
