Bravo Out of ODIs
West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo will miss the entire five-match One Day International series against Pakistan.The Trinidad & Tobago right-hander sought and received the permission of the selectors to return home to be with persons close to him who are unwell.
Bravo has been replaced by fast bowler Corey Collymore.
Collymore, who was part of the Test squad but not originally named in the West Indies ODI squad, travelled with the team from Karachi to Islamabad for the start of the series.
Bravo travelled back to the Caribbean on Friday evening and will miss the entire five match series.
"We ask that Bravo's privacy is respected at this time," the WICB said in a statement.
West Indies vice-captain Ramnaresh Sarwan has also been ruled out of the series through injury -- a small hairline fracture to his right mid-foot (between ankle and toes).
The players selected for the five match One Day series -- Ian Bradshaw, Marlon Samuels and Dwayne Smith -- have joined the squad.
