Done deal: Stanford 20/20 on WICB calendar
The WICB and the Stanford 20/20 Board of Directors will soon sign a five-year deal to put the Stanford 20/20 tournament on the Caribbean cricket calendar.The deal, which has not yet been signed, ensures that the Stanford tournament is run annually alongside the regional one-day and four-day competitions.
Stanford has agreed to pay about $2 million a year to the WICB for the franchise rights. He will also give the WICB a percentage of the profits from global media rights.
