Aussie physio joins WI team
CJ Clark has joined the West Indies cricket team as the new physiotherapist/trainer. He will work alongside Jacqui King-Mowatt.
Clark, who is originally from Melbourne, Australia, worked with the Sri Lanka team from 2001 to 2007 and for two years during that period worked alongside current West Indies Head Coach John Dyson.
"I see this as a great opportunity for me to make a contribution to West Indies cricket, which has done so much for world cricket over the years. I have watched the West Indies players for many years and I'm quite impressed with their athleticism and skill. It is an honour to work with West Indies cricket.
"Team manager Clive Lloyd said: "We welcome CJ to the team and the players are looking forward to working with him. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the job."
