Jamaican PM/Hunte meeting pushed back to next week

A meeting between Jamaican Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller and West Indies Cricket Board President Julian Hunte originally proposed for yesterday is now likely to take place early next week, a West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) source said yesterday.

The meeting has been requested by Hunte in a bid to diffuse tensions mainly involving the continued exclusion of former West Indies captain Chris Gayle from the regional team.
