Narine to play in 3rd Test?

According to the Trinidad Guardian, the WICB has consented to allow spinner Sunil Narine to play in the third test match vs New Zealnd, to be played in Barbados. The paper offered no clear source, but stated that "the operations management team communicated to the WICB that they had a change of heart". Narine has been excluded from the side due to his IPL commitments conflicting with the deadlines set by the board.
