St. Lucia Zouks (144-3) beat Jamaica Tallawahs (143 all out)

Saturday 9th August 2014 – Basseterre, St Kitts - The St. Lucia Zouks celebrated the arrival of Kevin Pietersen at the Limacol Caribbean Premier League with their second victory in two games. They beat the table topping Jamaica Tallawahs to open things up at the summit of the league. Pietersen played a patient innings that allowed the struggling St. Lucia batsmen to find some stability that has been missing until this point.

Antigua Hawksbills (114-5) beat Trinidad & Tobago Red Steel (113 all out)

Basseterre, St Kitts, Saturday 9th August 2014 -  A brilliant bowling performance from the Antigua Hawksbills gave them their first victory in this year’s Limacol Caribbean Premier League. They pulled off a huge upset by beating the Trinidad & Tobago Red Steel, one of this season’s front runners. Ben Laughlin was the man most responsible for the victory, although all the other bowlers came to the party in the best all round display the Hawksbills have managed this year by some distance.
