Seven West Indies players drafted into Barbados Pride squad for NAGICO Super50
Bridgetown, Barbados, January 12 - (www.bcacricket.org) - As expected, struggling Barbados Pride have drafted in seven of eight Barbadians just back from the West Indies three-Test tour of Australia for the second phase of the WICB NAGICO Super50 championship in Trinidad & Tobago and St. Kitts.
Test and One-Day International captain Jason Holder, who is a fast bowling all-rounder, Test vice-captain and opening batsman Kraigg Brathwaite, batsmen Shai Hope and Shane Dowrich, who are also wicket-keepers, fast bowling all-rounder Carlos Brathwaite, left-arm spinner Jomel Warrican and pacer Miguel Cummins have joined the squad in Port-of-Spain.
The other Barbadian who was in the Test squad "Down Under" was experienced fast bowler Kemar Roach.
