Barbados Pride team to walk for Breast Cancer awareness on Wednesday

Bridgetown, Barbados, February 16 - (www.bcacricket.org) - At the beginning of the 2015/2016 West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) Professional season, the members of the Barbados Pride Squad made a unanimous decision to adopt the Little Pink Gift Foundation, a charity established in 2010 ‘to provide individuals with funding to aid in their diagnosis and treatment procedures for Breast Cancer’. 
In an effort to create maximum awareness for the Foundation and attract resources for its operations, the Barbados Pride decided that hosting a ‘Pink Day’ during the season would best meet the objective of creating maximum awareness. 
Pink Day has been scheduled for Saturday February 20th, 2016 - the second day of the seventh round match between the Pride and the Guyana Jaguars at Kensington.
