The West Indies team has pulled out of their tour of India because of the ongoing payment structure dispute with the WICB and WIPA. The fourth ODI in Dharamsala will be their last game of the series, which was scheduled to have a fifth ODI, a Twenty20 international as well as three Tests.

Although I agree with you, Cameron was wrong to say that he is not getting involved. The repercussions are serious enough for him to stay involved. Very short sighted of him, unless his intention is to get rid of top 18-20 players in WI cricket.

Digicel will step in and let them know who is the boss. The division of the sponsorship money and how it is spent is the problem. This is where the players lost there money. Come in Digicel.

No. Cameron did not say he was not getting involved. He said he will only negotiate contract obligations with the WIPA as per stipulation and he is correct. He also said that the WICB will act as mediators between the senior players and the WIPA so that some agreement could be reach.
Not the first time our new generation of senior players acted this way. As Arawak said above - "incompetence and unprofessionalism." They should have completed the tour since whether they went home or finished the tour the result of the MOU negotiations most likely would be the same.
Sorry to say - but these crickets just love money over pride for country. There got to be a balance between both. I'm not saying some injustice was not done, but there got to be a better way of dealing with it. Sadly if we let all of them go and build a new team with the younger talents in the Caribbean - The same thing will happen in the next few years. Pride, morale and discipline are all things of the past for this younger generation.
