Sydney, Australia - The West Indies Women fell to an eight-wicket defeat in the fourth and final Twenty20 International against Australia Women at Stadium Australia today.
After opting to bat first, the regional side limped to 107/7 from their 20 overs. Shemaine Campbelle was the main contributor of the innings, hitting a run-a-ball 34, which included three fours and a six. Shanel Daley scored 19 while Deandra Dottin and Shaquana Quintyne both scored 15.
Ellyse Perry was Australian Women's best bowler, taking 3-9. Elyse Villani then struck an unbeaten 59 from 45 balls to lead the home side's reply. Her knock included six boundaries and one six. Fellow opener, Jess Jonassen scored 31.
