JOHANNESBURG, South Africa (CMC) -- Team manager Sir Richie Richardson says the West Indies have moved beyond the recent controversial impasse with their union and board, and are fully focused on the upcoming Test series against South Africa.

The Caribbean side are touring in the wake of the One-Day team's controversial decision to abandon the tour of India over a contracts dispute with the West Indies Players Association and the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB).

Wasn't that reported as a rumour along with the sacking of Ramdin, Big B and Sammy?
All those reports came from the same newspaper, I think it was The Nation outta Bim?
Claimed they were to be replaced by 3 Bimsters?

My understanding is that the agreement reached was that there was not going to be any VICTIMIZATION OF THE PLAYERS ; My guess is that included the Tour Officials who went to India .

Obviously ALL who went to India could
possibly have sued the WICB ; this is apart from the fact that a possible suit by the BCCI is hanging over the WICB's head .

Have you paid BCCI already? Until that is done, this crisis is not behind us!
