Port of Spain, Trinidad - Just weeks after West Indies spinner Sunil Narine underwent testing at the International Cricket Council (ICC) accredited University of Loughborough Bio-Mechanical testing facility, the University of T&T (UTT) is positioning itself to host similar facilities to support not only regional cricket, but all competitive sporting teams across the Caribbean.
This was revealed by National Sport Ambassador and Senior Manager of Sports at UTT, Daren Ganga. The former Test opener also got the ear of Dr Guy Jackson, Operations Manager of the National Cricket Performance Centre of the English Cricket Board (ECB), a facility that is hosted by the Loughborough University. Dr Jackson indicated that he will discuss with the ECB and the WICB to look at ways of supporting this venture.

Can you imagine if it had something like this since Lawson days. There are plenty suspect bowlers across the Caribbean that we could work with from early before it becomes a habit.

Grenada should invest in the funeral home business. Least they can do to give Devon Smith's international career a decent send off

Revenue from Narine and Cooper will be more than enough to cover the operating costs
They should probably set up the equipment on Narine's lawn

Any cricket fan would be happy to have a testing center in our area . So those that need to work on areas should get it done ASAP and at a smaller cost .
The likes of Ray Jordan , Mindley , Jones , Mc Sween and all up and coming bowlers would benefit from having a testing center in the region

Unlike the other testing centres it seems like the T&T one will also be giving out money for the culprits to do the rehab work. That will be a good thing....

In reply to granite I just hope the testing centre don't end up like the CCJ...hosted in TnT and used by all...except TnT folk.
