Bangladesh have secured their place at the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy after beating South Africa in their second one-day international in Mirpur.
The eight-team event will feature hosts England plus the top seven other teams in the International Cricket Council's ODI rankings on 30 September this year.
The battle for the final place will now be between West Indies and Pakistan.

They are only concerned with being in the governance of Cricket in the Region , and ensuring that the power they have is never ever diluted .
Nothing else matters to them , because they have the imprimatur &
blessing of the International Cricket
Cabal , aka the ICC .

Sir Frank Worrell , if he was alive , would be very upset by this turn of events , due to the fact that in the longer versions of the game our Players & Team are perpetually Bottom Dwellers .

It aint that the Players are Saints , however many forget that the Players are not empowered to ensure that the Pitches in the Region are properly prepared . They are not empowered to schedule matches & the duration of Matches ,
they are not empowered to set the duration of Camps ; & also the number of warm up matches .

It is those who are empowered to these things that must be severely criticized for their negligence . The
ICC aint off the hook either , because it has allowed those in the governance of Cricket in the Region to become ROGUE INTERNATIONAL CRICKET BOARD ; while talking about Governments not intervening in Cricket .

Thanks for reminding me , it had temporary escaped my mind regarding the Servants of those in the governance of Cricket in the Region.

They are always over eager to do the bidding of their masters , perhaps even when its against their principles , that is provided that they do indeed have principles .

WI deserve to be left out. I am sick of their shitty cricket and administration.

Considering the shit team Lloyd sent to stink up the WC, the CT is better of without the WI. At least Bang will send their best team and not talk shit about using this CT as practice for the next one in 4 years time.
