Point is a visionary, willing to contract him in an advisory role to keep me on the straight and narrow....

What is the role of CEO? This job seems superfluous considering we already have a President, Vice President and Cricket Operations Manager.
It would be insightful to follow a typical day in the life of a WICB CEO..

It was (superfluous) at one point, but the advent of Don Hilaire changed all that.

Wavell must be the obvious candidate !!!!
Yes, I'll hedge on Wavell seeing that he is Dave's fellow Kensington CC member. They work collegially.

The President's role is to effect the wishes of the WICB, the VP's role is to shoot the president if he fails to carry out his role....otherwise his role is to remain quiet and do fack all...clear enough

Important lesson to be learnt here, Don Hilaire was too loud, tried to make the job more than it was and acted like he was the president, whereas Michael was as quiet as a church mouse and never said a word. We need someone more in between....
We need...we need....Goldilocks...
