BULAWAYO, Zimbabwe (CMC) — West Indies captain Jason Holder has conceded that the reason his team has failed to win its last two matches of the current Tri-Nation series in the final over of the chase, is because of “inexperience”.
Holder was speaking to reporters after West Indies lost to Sri Lanka by one run in a nail biting fifth game at Queen’s Club yesterday.
The Caribbean side panicked in a nerve-racking death over to concede the match on the final ball of the innings after a similarly tense encounter against Zimbabwe which ended in a tie on Saturday.

I do not agree with Holder's analysis, I think they lost because of Benn and Nurse serving up juicy full-tosses at critical times and Holder running out Lewis because of not running when he should have.

What a cop-out answer, he was selected as captain to lead.
I would say it was lack of common sense.

It's international cricket not school boy cricket he need to stop making excuse and admit we lost because the side overloaded with his fellow country men are just not good enough for this level

He needs to give up the Captaincy and a few of his countrymen are not good enough to command a place on the team.,

Who knows,.....West Indies had a team of experienced cricketers playing against SA in Barbados.......of all places, and they too could not get three runs to win that game............. so who really know how much experience is needed......one team had nuff experience, the other very little, but three runs fucked both teams...........MURDER........

Wrong "In" Jason.
It's not "inexperience ". 3 from 3 and you lose is "incompetence"
