Is a great idea by the University of GT and UWI. He was an outstanding leader whose true potential was cut short by a meddling super power who stole his right to lead his people.
Even though many of us disagreed with some of his beliefs and regretted his outright rejection of a state endorsed douglarization thrust, as a progressive and new world methodology towards nation building, he was indeed a giant among men and a true Guyanese and Caribbean hero
His story must be told to the youths in the region.
