Listen,

I am all for club loyalty but let's be honest...all players dream about lacing up for the big clubs..

It really is sad that Mahrez was priced out of a move to Man City...

This guy has had opportunities for some of the major clubs in Europe and his price tag has consistently blocked it.

Really feel sorry for him.

Well, he shouldn't have signed an extension to his contract to get mo money then.... serves him bloody right!

Same with Ozil, he's going to regret it!

What abt looking at it from the club's perspective.

He's under contract for x more years, one he signed willingly, and the cost to replace a player of his calibre in this market will be more than City's final offer. Plus it's mid-season and they're fighting to stay in the Prem. So why should they sell their best player just because he wants to play for a bigger club? What abt a contract is binding ...what abt your word is your bond ...?

That is why Coutinho would have had to cool his raasshole jets and wait til the summer for his move to Barca if it was me running Anfield. Klopp has taken an incredible risk by letting him leave without having a like replacement already lined up.

One more thing ....Mahrez makes more in a week or two than you do in a year. So don't shed too many tears for him my fren ....he's gonna be just fine. cool
