I would not put him ahead of Russell..but in one day cricket I put him ahead of Holder and Brathwaite.
Holder tends to crack under pressure batting...but not Reifer. Reifer has a cool head and he should be pencilled in any WI ODI team longside Russell.
AS for Leon Johnson ...WI needs him to return to consistent form.

His bowling wouldn't trouble the opposition too much but he'd do a decent job as a batting all-rounder.
