Kohli is fast becoming a bore.
Too much of one thing is good for nothing, if I may cite the adage.
49.1
Rabada to Kohli, 1 run, 150 for Kohli. He's tired. No energy to lift his bat and acknowledge.
A 6 & a 4! The man is a badjohn...& he aint a Tree-knee!
In reply to WestDem
Incredible innings today. This man is something else.

Incredible batting indeed....160* while holding the inning together!
In reply to WestDem
you like de way he finish de job.
Rabada to Kohli, FOUR, India breach the 300-mark. Some of the South Africans walk up to congratulate the Indian skipper. He walks off to a standing ovation. Finishes the innings with a boundary. Full delivery and Kohli is deep in the crease, drills it past the bowler and mid-off inside the ring had no chance
49.5
Rabada to Kohli, SIX, majestic! Shot of a batsman in top form. Uses the depth of the crease to create something. Waited back and transfered his weight to muscle the pull over deep mid-wicket. That came right off the screws

Great Batting Congrats.

I am watching more cricket now and could understand why Devin was idol worshipping him ad nauseam some years ago here!
Very sweet!

Dat 10 off dat last two balls of Rabaada reminds me of Shiv against Lanka...
In reply to WestDem
It was off Vass @ QPO and it was a 4 and then a 6 to win the game....
THAT WAS EPIC!!!
In reply to RemainsUnknown
Yes, I think Shiv's had more drama associated with the score, the win etc. Pity WI never really saw his worth in the shorter format. Some of them will tell you that Mohandas saved his career by not playing him in the shorter format...Shiv will tell you Mohandas killed his ODI career.
Shiv still playing ODI. And 4 day. And any other game he can get to play.
Yeah, allyuh talk nah!
In reply to RemainsUnknown
Poor Saffies nah have any answer fuh Kohli...he might end up scoring two more tons before this ODI series done....Since de man marry, he scoring more than before...you see how sex relaxes you?
In reply to WestDem
Are you saying WI bats don't have any?

And some of the Wondians in here too.... all that pent up frustration is not good. Larr, esp.
IF Shiv didn't make some of them JUMP... Kohli will soon do so if today's results wasn't the ultimate straw...... hahahaha

Bro, I never could underestand the narrow-mindedness...these folks are a strange lot.
How can you dislike someone for their competence, and accomplishments? What gives? Why?
In reply to WestDem
Like him or hate him
the man has now joined the rank of the super elite batsmen
Definitely a class above the rest.
In reply to runout
For reasons other than their competence and accomplishments of course.. Shiv is a good example
I listened to the post game-interview and Kholi seems like a man on a mission.
Call it competence, confidence or conviction: this man is truly keeping the opposition in the crosshairs. And he is looking forward to mixing it up noting quite explicitly we cannot lose this series now
I know that we have Indian comms and Saffies comms, but everyone is gushing about this mans game. His emphasis on fitness. His understanding and awareness of game situ, and the incessant pressure he brings to the opposition.
He runs 100 runs and still has a strike rate of 100 in scoring 160.
How Many dot ball is that?
Players need to understand this essential part of the game.
Yeah, allyuh talk nah!
