Aint a complicated matter . The One thing that I am sure of is that it does not at this stage involve playing a lot
of Competitive Matches .

MOST OF OUR CURRENT PLAYERS ARE NOT

FULLY GROUNDED IN THE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS

OF ALL ASPECTS OF THE GAME .

This glaring fact has not yet been
recognized by those who are in the
Governance of the Worst International
Cricket Board in the Commonwealth .

Let me again restate the fact that it
is imperative that ALL Current Players
be Coached by our Former Great Players
so that their deficiencies in all
Aspects pf the game can be properly
addressed .

Obviously when this is properly
Addressed then & only then most Matches should be played . Currently
the Stamina of most Players is weak ;
Concentration is weak ; Proper thinking is weak . Fitness is weak .

I have been & remain a staunch advocate of Players Reading Books on
Playing Cricket . Books impart a hell of a lot more information about Playing Cricket than looking at Cricket on TV or DVDS .

What is disgusting is the fact that there are in the Region Former Great Players who can help . The problem in my opinion is that the Emperors in the
WICBC/CWI mistakenly think that THEY
do not need the Former Great Players to help .

Is Kiddies Cricket still around ?????
It was when I went to SVG for 5 years , that however needed to be augmented
by Coaching to Secondary School Boys &
Girls .

Also as I continuously state Mental &
Physical Fitness and reading books on
Playing Cricket is ultra important , and these attributes needed to be drilled into the heads of Youngsters .
