Not sure why Taylor still getting games .
In reply to mikesiva
Walton's (batting) performance has improved dramatically since his elevation to captain.
With the WI currently struggling for good leadership, maybe he should be elevated to captaincy at that level also. What do you say?
In reply to Drapsey
I definitely think he is a prospect. IMHO Walton should be in Zimbabwe. Instead of Rovman Powell.
After 23 overs Jamaica are 101 -1.

In reply to mikesiva... at 32 jus coming to hand, are we really getting it? This mad rush to play youngsters at the senior level is not working.

Exactly.
Pick players on merit regardless of age.

Walton bowled by Permaul 104.
King out for 29 to Adams. Jamaica 190-5.
In reply to mikesiva... King need a big stick cross 'im 'ead!
In reply to mikesiva
Not what we wanted. Too new players at the crease, especially Walton. King really should have stayed and batted until the end. But he has made his typical runs and gotten out.
In reply to natty_forever
Wallace is a next one who want a big lick! Ran for a run that didn't exist. Out for a duck and goes off cussing Allen.
In reply to mikesiva
Not sure why Wallace, Griffiths and Taylor in the team. All of them are passengers. We playing with 8 players!
In reply to yardman83
With Kent beating the USA today all they need to do is win their final match against a poor Leewards to reach the semis. That means the winner of this match should reach the last four too.
Hemraj bowled salmon for three! Jamaica 198-7.

In reply to mikesiva
Brainless shot from Johnson..
Finally Smith on! Only time before the T20 leagues gone with him
In reply to mikesiva
Mike, the radio coms r talking of Salmon blatant flinging. What do u say?

Salmon and Rutherford both have actions which probably merit closer scrutiny.
In reply to tops
Elbow bending.. Look suspect..

148-2 in 22 overs
Hemraj 75*

Guyana 156/2 23.0ovrs
Barnwell 37* Hemraj 76*
In reply to JahJah
It's the state of cricket in the WI. Even though Guyana looks to be cruizing, 1 or 2 foolish shot can make a big difference.

Dis Adams can get anything..... who is he?
In reply to yardman83
Taylor the wicketkeeper?
Walton is the keeper...Taylor is the American opening bats
In reply to Narper
Taylor is also a wicketkeeper I think. Kept wicket in one of the 4 day matches for yard. Was terrible. Runs slow down it seems. Just need to get Barnwell and see how it goes from there.

He started to look better.. Really struggled at the start..
In reply to Narper
Would have been cruel for them to lose this way twice to yard though. The start they had really won it for them in the end.
